These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the rbaee platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

rbaee is a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform for Bangladeshi players. We provide our services in compliance with SSL encryption and fair play principles. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Right to Amend

rbaee reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those updated Terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.

1.2 Language

These Terms have been drafted in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the original Bengali version, the original Bengali version shall prevail.

2.1 Minimum Age

rbaee's services are for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or close an account if proof cannot be provided.

2.2 User Eligibility

To use the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• Minimum age of 21.
• You must create the account in your own name — opening an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• You must be eligible to use online betting services under the applicable laws of your country.
• You must not be a person banned by rbaee.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, identity document, or payment method will result in all related accounts being closed and the balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, notify the rbaee support team immediately. rbaee may temporarily suspend an account at any time for security reasons.

3.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during account registration and the verification process. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and all pending bonuses may be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rbaee currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If verification is required, additional time may be needed.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

rbaee is committed to preventing money laundering and fraudulent activity. In the case of suspicious transactions, we may request additional verification and may suspend transactions if necessary. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes will result in permanent account closure.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must ensure that the deposited funds have been used in betting at least once. For withdrawals of bonus funds, the wagering conditions must be met (see Section 5 for details).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rbaee offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed for the bonus winnings to become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers apply to eligible accounts only.
• A bonus is counted once per account.
• No withdrawal will be approved before the wagering conditions have been met.
• rbaee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses used for fraudulent purposes will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

rbaee's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play, you can advance to a higher tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Detailed conditions for VIP benefits apply separately and are subject to change.

6.1 Conditions for Placing Bets

A bet placed on the platform is considered final. rbaee reserves the right to void bets accepted due to technical errors. rbaee is not liable if a disconnection or technical issue has no effect on the outcome of a bet.

6.2 Erroneous Odds or Results

Bets placed using clearly erroneous odds (such as odds set with an extremely low margin or based on incorrect information) will be voided and the stake returned. rbaee's decision on such matters is final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bonus abuse or fraud through accounts.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

6.4 Game & Slot Rules

Each game or slot has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play. The terms and conditions of game providers may also apply.

7.1 Service Availability

rbaee strives to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, network issues, or other reasons. rbaee will not be liable for any loss arising from such disruptions.

7.2 Third-Party Software

The rbaee platform uses software from various game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others. rbaee is not directly liable for any errors or disruptions in these third-party services.

7.3 Damage Claims

In all circumstances, rbaee's liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question. Claims for indirect, incidental, or special damages will not be accepted.

10.1 Closure by the User

10.2 Closure by rbaee

rbaee may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any applicable bonus terms together form the entire agreement between rbaee and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this document.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, that clause shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, and the rest of the terms and conditions shall remain fully in force.

12.3 Assignment of Rights

You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party without the prior written consent of rbaee.
